Everyone who knew Felix loved him. He was a fantastic chef who had a great passion for cooking and was a wonderfully kind man. He would give you the shirt off his back.

We will miss the crowing of our Rooster! We love and miss you, our hearts are broken, but we know your suffering and pain is over now and you are at peace with God in Heaven.

Love Forever and Always,

Felix Jr, Lauren, Victor, Dimitri, Antonio, Michael, and Cindy.

Psalm 23

The Lord Is My Shepherd

1 A Psalm of David. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.1

3 He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

  5. Felix B. Acevedo Sr. was my Father to me even though he wasn’t by blood. He didn’t live with Mom, but I know they still loved each other.. Mom would take me sometimes and we’d go visit him at his place and they would talk and laugh. He was sad when she passed away. Sometimes he’d say that he missed her and he loved her. Dad was always very nice and I enjoyed being around him and visiting him. He lived a happy life and enjoyed many things before he got sick. I’m glad I could help him in his last days. My family and I cared for him when he needed it and he was happy we were here for him. He will always be fondly remembered.
