C. Jack WardC. Jack Ward
July 12, 1934 – November 26, 2018

Jack Ward was born in Stone City, Colorado to George & Daisy (Marshall) Ward on July 12, 1934. He passed from this life on November 26, 2018.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon; four children: Yolanda, Ed, Rhonda, & Jack Todd; four grandchildren: Courtney, Nick, Justin Luke, & Jacquelyn; as well as a great granddaughter, Willa, and a great grandson due in March. He is also survived by one sister, Irene Vernon; as well as many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother; & four sisters.

Jack was a hard-working generous man always offering a helping hand. He was a veteran of the Korean War and recipient of a medal for bravery during his time as a firefighter. Jack had many occupations but spent the last 40 years as a painting contractor.

Jack loved his family above all, but his greatest joy were his grandchildren. His faith in the Lord was strong and John 3:16 was his most comforting verse. Today we know he is with the Lord and his prayer would be that one day all his loved ones will join him in heaven.

Service and Interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Pikes Peak National Cemetery, 10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80925.
