Abraham Cruz-Cruz, age 80 of Guayama, Puerto Rico, went to be with his heavenly father at 12:30 am, December 19, 2011. Abraham was born March 16, 1931 to Victor and Alejandrina Cruz.
Abraham served his country for 20 years and is a veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by wife of 56 years, Esther Cruz, daughter Luci Cruz-Laporte and son, Abraham Cruz, Jr.; grandchildren Grace Rollins, Alejandro Sanchez and Katherine Cruz; and great grandchildren Isaac and Mikayla Rollins.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 22 at the Shrine of Remembrance, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Reception for family and friends will follow. Internment will be at Ft. Logan Cemetery on Friday, December 23 at 11:00 am (Staging Area A).
