Bonnie Rogers Neff, age 63, went to be with Jesus on March 23, 2012 with family by her side. Bonnie was born October 22, 1948 in Denver, Colorado to Guy and Margaret Rogers. She grew up in Aurora, Colorado, graduating from Colorado State University in 1970 with a teaching degree in music. Dan and Bonnie were married in July, 1979, and had two sons that were the pride and joy of her life.
Bonnie loved teaching elementary kids, and did so for many years. Her last position was at Monument Academy. She was also passionate about participating in worship music in church.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Dan; her two sons: Colin and Cody; her mother: Margaret Rogers, her sister: Elizabeth (husband, J.C.) Keith, brother David (wife Judy), her aunt: Clarie Johnson, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Academy Christian Church, 1635 Old Ranch Road.
