Cathy was born on September 24th, 1947 to James R. VanSlambrouck & June L. (Maloche) in Monroe, MI. Cathy loved to read, sing, and play board games; she was a champion at word games. She dabbled in the arts, often sharing her creations with others. In addition to her career as a loving homemaker, which spanned a lifetime, Cathy had a few careers that brought joy to others. From Nurse’s Aide, to Campfire Director, to Tupperware Manager, to Catholic Liturgist, she always found ways to make peoples’ lives better.
