Celia, a Colorado Springs resident for the last 22 years, passed away September 30, 2019. She was born and raised in Chihuahua Mexico where she met and married her husband on March 15, 1975. Celia enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, and loved making her grandchildren laugh.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Luis Navarrete; son, Caleb Navarrete; daughters, Debora Navarrete, Yadira Navarrete; grandchildren, Hesrrel, Ariel, Yamiel, Yuvia, and Olivia; great grandchild, Sofia; and brother, Ramon Garcia.
There will be a visitation 5-7 PM Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Shrine of Remembrance. A Funeral Service will be held 10 AM Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd.
