Charles “Chuck” E. Palmer was born Sept. 5, 1940 and died July 20, 2013. He was a retired Master Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, and an 8 year resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He is survived by his wife, Tammie; two sons, Charles William Palmer and David Charles Palmer; and a daughter, Charlescie Renee Williams.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 26, at 10am at the Shrine of Remembrance North Chapel at 5440 North Union Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80918. A reception will follow.
