Donna Lynn Kucera, age 64, passed away March 23, 2020 at her home in Colorado Springs. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on Valentine’s Day 1956 to Charles Roy and Roselee (Duke) Lewis.
She graduated from Harrison High School and Pikes Peak Community College, both in Colorado Springs.
Donna formerly volunteered with Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.) and worked as a devoted advocate for people with disabilities and mental illness. She will be remembered as a gift giver and for her love of her grandchildren who she greatly enjoyed shopping for.
She is survived by her two daughters: Areashera Bartlett (Kevin) and Ida Hodges (Jason Perry); her grandchildren: Lanai, Jace, Hailey, Vivianne, and Isaiah; and her sisters: Theresa Brooks (James) and Carma Lewis (Michael).
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A celebration of life service will be held in the summertime.
