Survived by his wife, Yvonne; ; a son, Fernando Jr.; and three daughters, Yvonne Watson, Ivelisse Chapman and Aileen Berrios. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Monday, Shrine of Remembrance ‘America the Beautiful’ Chapel, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd.
