Gari-ann B. Allen, born February 18, 1953, passed away January 15, 2018.
She was a retail clerk and a 23-year Colorado Springs resident.
Survivors include a son, Zack Allen; daughter, Becky Allen; mother, Anneliese Kochiss; brother, Peter Kochiss; and her 5 grandchildren.
Celebration of life service will be 2 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2018 at Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910.

14 Apr 2021Gari-Ann and I became fast friends 60 years ago, when we were 8, at Terrace Hills elementary school, 4 years later we were joined by our third amigo Romie Torres. We did everything together, raising all kinds of hell. I would, along with other friends, like to contact your father, Robert Eric Allen. I introduced them, in high school. Your mother and I lost touch, shortly before my marriage and move away from Texas for 18 years. Romie and I have stayed in touch. I am so sorry to hear of my friend’s passing.
