Gary Thomas Stillings – January 21, 2026

1966 – 2026

Gary Thomas Stillings, 59, passed away on January 21, 2026, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Born on June 17, 1966, in Marysville, Ohio, Gary lived a life full of passion, dedication, and love for his family.

A proud graduate of Cardington High School and MMI, Gary found his calling working with motorcycles—especially Harleys. His deep appreciation for the mechanics and spirit of the open road led him to a fulfilling career at PPHD, where he worked for nearly 12 years. His hands were rarely still; whether fine-tuning an engine or sharing stories about his favorite rides, Gary’s enthusiasm was infectious.

Gary was a man who cherished his roles as a husband, father, and grandfather above all else. He is survived by his beloved wife Carolann Stillings and their children: Emily, Kennedy, Nichole, Sheena, Gabby, and Dannie. He took immense pride in being “Papa” and “Pop Pop” to his grandchildren: Zoey, William, Luna, Steven Finnley, Scarlett, Gwenie, Zari, Rori, Ozzy, and Pennie. His love for them was boundless and ever-present.

He also leaves behind his parents Robert and Sharon Stillings; brothers: Kayle, Scott, Todd, and Joey; and sisters: Hedi, Brittany, and Breanny. Each held a special place in Gary’s heart.

Outside of work and family life, Gary found joy in motorcycles—his lifelong passion—as well as football and NASCAR. Whether cheering on his favorite team or watching cars race around the track with excitement in his eyes, these pastimes brought him great happiness.

Gary will be remembered as a wonderful man—a loving husband who stood by his family with unwavering devotion. He was the best Papa and Pop Pop anyone could ask for. His legacy lives on through the lives he touched with kindness and strength.

May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
