Survived by two sons, Michael Spencer, and Mark Spencer; a daughter, Jean Less; and his 6 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Sunrise Senior Care Center, 2105 University Park Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
