Jack Louis Hayward

Jack Louis Hayward, 74, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Fitzsimmons VA Nursing Home in Denver, Colorado. Jack was born on July, 7, 1941 in Kenosha, Wisconsin to parents, Ora and Electra Alice (Murphy) Hayward. He was one of five children.
Jack joined the United States Army and served for 20 years. He and his wife, Diane had five children which survive him: Holly Hayward, Jack Hayward Jr., Hillary Hayward, Heather Hayward and Justin Hayward all of Colorado Springs. He is also survived by his sisters: Marjorie Davey of Sheridan, Wyoming and Edna Osborn of Buffalo, Wyoming.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers: Donald Hayward and Harold Hayward.
Private interment will be held at the Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home.
