February 7, 1970 – April 3, 2020

   James Wayne “Bam Bam” Riley, a Colorado Springs resident since 2009, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2020.  He was formerly of Denver, Colorado.

   James was born on February 7, 1970 to James Wayne Riley, Sr. and Geraldine Romero in Denver, Colorado.  He married Kayla Marie Hansen on April 28, 2014 in Colorado Springs. 

   He worked as an auto body technician and attended New Life Church.  He loved cooking, music, and cars.  He was an avid Smokey Robinson fan.  But, more than anything, he loved his children.

   He is survived by his wife, Kayla Marie Riley-Brown; two sons: Da’Von Riley, and Jai’Von Riley; two daughters: Ashley Cannady, and Ciera Riley; and his mother, Geraldine Romero.

   Private family services are planned and inurnment will be private.
