Jennie Laura Savage, passed peacefully at home at the age of 86, on June 3, 2020. Jennie was born and raised in Lewiston, Auburn, Maine to Richard F X Caldwell and Esther Record in a large family. She graduated from Edward Little HS. She went on to join The Salvation Army College, and become a soldier for The Salvation Army, and worked at Central Maine Medical Supply for 20 years. She will be joining her husband in heaven, Guy E Savage, who Jennie married on May 3, 1957.
She is survived by her sister, Patty Riddley; children, Stephen Savage of Fountain CO, Joyce O’Brian of North Conway NH, Gerri Savage of Colorado Springs CO, and Cathy Martin of Maine; grandchildren, Jayar Martin, Casey Martin, Erica, Erin Cooper, Jenny, Kimberly, Shawna Whiteman, and Cory Savage; and more than 11 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held for Jennie on July 1 at 1PM, at the Salvation Army. 908 Yuma St, Colorado Springs, CO
