Jerry Van Horn, 67, passed away in his home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. 

Jerry was an outstanding Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Friend. He put family above all else and could make a friend out of anyone who crossed his path with his fun loving, charming demeanor and ability to innately understand people. There really wasn’t anything Jerry wasn’t good at. He was an exceptional businessman as well as an exceptional athlete, gaining an induction within the Colorado Springs Hall of Fame in 2015.

He is survived and deeply missed by his wife, Fabiola Hunt, daughter, Valerie (and Eoin) McPheeters, son, Jeff (and Casey) Van Horn, daughter, Vanessa (and Dale) Miranda, daughter, Savannah Hunt, grandchildren: Baylie Van Horn and Foster McPheeters and siblings: John (and Peggy) Van Horn, Joan (and Howard) Mayer, Janice (and Paul) Bennett, Jeff (and Lori) Van Horn, Jay (and Laura) Van Horn and Joel (and Silvia Van Horn). Here’s to ya, Bub.

Funeral Service, 11am, Friday, June 11, 2021, Woodman Valley Chapel-Woodmen Heights Campus, 8292 Woodmen Valley View, Colorado Springs, CO. 80908.

Visitation, 5-7pm, Thursday, June 10, 2021, Shrine of Remembrance, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80910.
