Judith Ann (Judy Crum) Causey was born March 31, 1939 and passed away September 20, 2013. Judy raised 4 children to adulthood and was very proud of her own children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
For decades, she was librarian at Pike Elementary School. In that capacity, she infected countless children with a love for literacy. She read books to the kids with passion and introduced them to the power of stories through the possum puppet, Oscar, who retired with her in 2006.
She was a loving caretaker that will be missed by her 3 surviving children and their spouses, 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, her sister, her loving friend Robert Bailey and the numerous people she touched in life.

A celebration of Judy’s life will be held from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at AACL formerly Pike Elementary School, 2510 North Chestnut.
