Linda Nance, age 77, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021, with her loving family by her side.  She was a resident of Colorado Springs for 75 years.  She worked for over 30 years in accounting and medical billing at Penrose Hospital, various medical clinics, Industrial Gas Products and Air Gas. While great support for her family she also volunteered at multiple schools and the Pikes Peak Quarter Midget Association.   In their most recent years Linda and her husband Everett enjoyed showing their Ford Model A and Ford Track T Roadster at various car shows.

Linda was born on November 24, 1943 in Long Beach, California to Jack and Helen (Gould) Ellis. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Everett.

She is survived by her children:  Michele (Michael) Browning, Michael (Linda), Nance and Tim Eckert (Cathy Rosenblatt); and her grandchildren: Garrett (Diana) Browning Kylah (Cody) Wilson, Jayden Nance, Craig Baker, and Clint Baker.

A graveside service will be held at 3PM Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021, at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 Hancock Expressway.

  5. I loved Linda & Everett, and enjoyed being their vet for all 34 yrs I’ve been here. It was a privilege to care for the dogs & looked forward to chatting with them when they came in.
    And thanks Linda for taking care of our oxygen supply here at the clinic. We never ran out!
