Margaret J. Stobbe (Farrington)
Margaret Jane Stobbe, age 84, passed away May 23, 2012. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her sister: Venla Vandenberg; her daughters: Cathy (Ray) Wild and Jeanne (Tom) English; and her grandchildren: Julie, Heather, Melissa, Allie, Sarah, Mike, Andrew, Amanda and Mark. She is also survived by her great-grandsons: Caiden, Brooks and Keefer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roman.
After many years of moving with the military, she was happy to return to her native Colorado and her cherished Pikes Peak. She was a dedicated Army wife, always ready to volunteer or lend a hand.
She was a kind and gentle soul, the absolute best mother and grandmother.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2012 at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel. Interment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Margaret’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2315 Bott Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80904.
