Margery A. Olmstead passed on March 13, 2022 at 90 years old.
Marge was a strong, vibrant person that lived her life with purpose and provided moral strength for the family. She was intelligent, beautiful and artistic. She was a super homemaker and the best Mom ever! Marge’s second career was in the Office of the Registrar at Colorado College.
She was preceded in death by Walter, her husband of 69 years, 2 sisters, one brother and a grandson. She is survived by her 2 daughters, 1 sister, 3 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 9 nieces and 7 nephews.

This is very belated, but I give my deepest condolences to Debra, Paula, Janice, and all of the other relatives of Marge Olmstead. What a wonderful person she was. She and Walt were so solicitous of my mother’s care in her later years. As our next door neighbors starting when my sister Kathy and I were in high school, they were good friends of our own parents. May both Marge and Walt rest in eternal peace.
