Survived by his wife, Tracy Amen; three sons, Cameron Bilbay, Jayden Bilbay, and Ryan Bilbay; his father, Ralph Bilbay, Sr.; his mother, TeAlta Jenkins; three brothers, Robert Bilbay, J.J. Bilbay, and Sean Jenkins; and two sisters, Reed Jenkins, and Reese Jenkins.
