Rebecca Bellis, age 74, passed away on February 19, 2026. She was a resident of Colorado Springs for over 40 years and a member of The Church at Woodmoor along with her parents, Benjamin Neil and Rosemary (Nissley) Bellis.
Rebecca was born March 2, 1951, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She graduated from Fairborn Baker High School, Fairborn Ohio, in 1969, and attended Wright State University in Dayton for one year. Beck was very fond of knitting and crocheting, and for a portion in her life liked to ‘create’ recipes even though she didn’t know how to cook.
Her parents preceded her in death but she is survived by her sisters, Barbara Abeles (Jon), Rosalyn; and brother, Benjamin Neil Jr. (Rona); niece, Bree Bellis; nephews: Chris (Pam), Brian (Ashley), Mike (Kristina), and Steve (Jenny) Abeles; and Abeles grandnephews and nieces: Eric, Justin, Owen, Elly, Tatum, Conor, and Quinn.
Rebecca will be laid to rest in the Bellis Family plot in Wheatland, Wyoming.
