Robert Duke Bailey, age 54, passed away on September 13, 2015. He was a resident of Colorado Springs.
Robert was born on May 29, 1961 to Milford and Adella Bailey in Vernal, Utah. On December 12, 2012 he married the love of his life, Sheri at Seven Falls in Colorado Springs.
Robert was a caring and compassionate man who had a heart for people. He loved to make people smile and laugh. He was a very devoted man to his family. Robert loved to read and cheer on his Denver Broncos. He loved animals, the outdoor life and working with his hands.
Robert is survived by his devoted wife, Sheri and stepsons: Joshua (Andrea) and Robert; stepfather, Jack; sister, Gwen; stepbrother, Alan and stepsister, Jacqueline. Robert was preceded in death by his father, Milford and his mother, Adella.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2015 at the Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home, 1730 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910. A reception will follow at the American Legion located at 15 East Platte Avenue.
