June 4, 1990 – August 25, 2021

Robyn Lynn Rodrigues, a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021.  She was born on June 4, 1990 to Rory Jay Rodrigues and Alma Lynn (Bublak) Shipp in Colorado Springs. 

Robyn managed several Papa Murphy’s stores prior to becoming a private home care CNA. She loved taking care of people.  She loved spending time with her children.  She enjoyed the ocean and the mountains where she loved to hike.  Another favorite place that she like to spend time was at the zoo.  She also enjoyed watching movies with family and friends.

Robyn was an amazing mother, daughter and friend.  She is survived by her husband, William McRaven; her parents: Rory Rodrigues (Kathy), and Alma Shipp; 2 children: Annalyce Marie McRaven and Zander William Ace McRaven; 2 brothers: Ross Rodrigues and Spencer Shipp; and a step-brother, Derek Grey.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80910.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.  Also, her family would like notes from Robyn’s friends with cherished memories they were blessed to have with her.  That way her children could read about her experiences and share those memories.

  4. Hey sweets, I didn’t know you as much as I would of liked too. I have watched your children grow into beautiful minded individuals. You were a great mother, and you always tried hard and did the best you could with what you had. You didn’t rely on anyone, you stood your ground when you needed to and held firm. I’m extremely sad to see you leave us, yet I’m happy your no longer in any type of pain. I believe God asks and hand picks curtain people to be his angels. To teach the other angels, I think he hand picked you because your one of the best people to look up to. Love you, sweets
