Rosalie Juanita (Blea) Mirabal passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015. She was a housewife.
Rosalie was born in Mora, New Mexico to Patrick and Regina (Montoya) Blea. She was raised in Brush, Colorado and surrounding little towns, and then moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1959.
She married Isidro Mirabal in Brush, Colorado in 1948 at St. Mary’s Church.
She is survived by two sons: Gene Mirabal (wife Valerie) and Phil Mirabal (wife Pamela); 10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sons: Larry and David; and two sisters: Annie Blea and Rosie Padilla.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to follow on Friday, October 30, 2015 at Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel. Interment will take place at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
