Sofie Luella Robles 7-11-2008 to 5-11-2021. Beloved daughter of Tracy (Michael) Marling, step-father, Jeremiah Marling, of Rockvale, Colorado, and father, Sandro Robles of Louisville, Kentucky.
Sofie, 12, went to her Heavenly home on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. She passed peacefully in her mother’s arms and surrounded by family.
Sofie is survived by her father Sandro Robles. Her mother and stepfather Jeremiah and Tracy Marling. Her siblings William, Michael, and Teresa. Her grandparents Kent and Louise Michael, Nelly Mercado, and Teresa Barber. And many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Sofie will be missed dearly by her family. From the beginning she captured the hearts of all that knew her. At an early age she was diagnosed with Dravet Syndrome, which is a severe form of epilepsy. Although this made life more complicated it did not define her. She was a kind and loving big sister and had a smile that could light up the room. She always had hugs and snuggles for everyone and her facial expressions were legendary. She loved swinging, being outside, music, going for long drives, and The Incredible Hulk. She loved to run, and giggle, and tasting new foods. When she was able to she liked participating in actives with Hope Kids Colorado and going for jogs with her Ainsley’s Angels buddies. She loved and was loved deeply by family and friends.
