Yates; a daughter, Tana Yates Whitwell Archuletta; a stepson, Gerald D. Thomas; a stepdaughter, Cynthia R. Grubb; two sisters, Verle Whitcomb Hilton and Veta Whitcomb Fischer; 3 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home, 1730 E.
