Wally Moorhouse, age 70, of Prescott, Arizona passed away Monday, February 4, 2013.
Wally was born August 4, 1942 to Carold and Edna Moorhouse in Wheatland, Wyoming. He lived in Colorado Springs until 1999 at which time he moved to Prescott, Arizona. He retired from Sturm Ruger on December 21, 2012. Wally had many interests. He loved Corvettes, had fun with boats, enjoyed riding Harleys, and his latest hobby was his Jeep. He was truly loved by his family and friends in Colorado and Arizona.
Wally is survived by his companion of 15 years, Bobbi Higgins; son, Robert Moorhouse (Debbie); daughters: Cindy Simpson (Mike), Debbie Spilman (Dan); grandchildren: Amanda Eckenrode (John), Chad Simpson (Brianne), Chase Simpson, Austin Moorhouse, and Jessica Spilman; great-grandchildren: Juliette and Faithe. He is also survived by Bobbi’s children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial Services will take place at Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 2:00 PM. Inurnment will follow at the Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum, Garden of Angels.
