William E. “Bill” Carter
January 9, 1930 – October 8, 2017
The Lord took him home.
Bill was an auctioneer for 50 years, and a rancher all his life.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Steffi Carter, and his son, Thomas (wife Linda) Carter of Ohio.
