Alisa, age 47, passed away on August 10, 2022. She was a resident of Fountain for fourteen years and was formerly a resident of Colorado Springs.
Alisa was born on August 12, 1974, to Arthur Worrix and Karen (Duerler) Worrix in Columbus, Ohio. She had a creative mind, a passion for helping people, and enjoyed gardening. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Colorado Springs. She attended Coronado High School and graduated in 1993. She also attended Pikes Peak Community College where she earned her associates degree in social work.
Alisa is survived by her daughter: Kayla Worrix; her mother: Karen Worrix; her sister: Leann Worrix: and her niece: Kennedy Worrix. She is also survived by four aunts, two uncles, and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her father: Arthur Worrix; brother: Jason Worrix; her maternal and paternal grandparents; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 4125 Constitution Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
