Anne Beacon passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022. She lived in Colorado Springs, CO and worked as a paraprofessional for special needs at Rampart High School.

Anne was born on January 3, 1957 to Douglas and Christina Grant. She is survived by her sisters (Margaret and Stella); her children (Carly, Jenna, Christina, Robert, and Steven); her grandchildren (Emilee, Adelyn, Mason, RJ, Jordan, and Avery) and her bonus grandchildren (Shelby and Blake). 

Anne really enjoyed spending time with her family. She also loved her job and would often form close bonds with her students. Her loved ones have always been her top priority. 

A memorial service will be held in her honor on Friday, May 20, 2022 at 2:00pm, at Shrine of Remembrance, located at 1730 E. Fountain Blvd. A reception will be held after the service at Olympian Plaza Reception and Event Center, located directly across Union Blvd from Shrine of Remembrance, at 975 S. Union Blvd.

  1. Your mother was amazing! Loved her I wish I would have spent more time with her. But watching our kids grow up together was great. She will be missed by everyone. You kids will know when she’s around …when that certain song come on, or something your kids will do will remind you of her. She was such a fabulous friend, mother, sister, wife, grandmother! She will be so missed an my heart breaks for all of you!

    I knew of Anne, While going to the Base At Alconbury, To meet Our Boyfriend’s in 1979. Anne, Was so much fun with her Friend Tricia Eddy. They were always laughing & having A Good Time!
    Anytime there was Laughter You knew it was Anne & Her Friends! I became Anne’s Friend too.
    I Found Anne, On Facebook She was So Happy For Me, I was So Happy too!
    Over the years we would chat on messenger & have A Good Chat I really Enjoyed Having Anne as My Friend! I Loved Anne As well, I would tell her this every time we would chat! So Many Good Memories Of Anne. I Am Missing You Already… May You Rest In Heavenly Peace!
