Jedidiah “Jed” Easterling was born in Crowley Lake, California, and spent his childhood in both California and Colorado. As a young adult he discovered a passion for computers, beginning his career at RoomNet as a Senior Network Engineer. Most recently, he became a partner and Digital Creator at Itlantis.
Jed filled his free time with the things he loved most: his bull terriers, Perrin and Zahrine; Renaissance festivals; online gaming; and immersive role‑playing adventures. His presence in the gaming community was profound, and his loss leaves a deep sadness among the many friends he made there.
Above all, Jed was known for his compassion and generosity. He was the kind of person who would give someone the shirt off his own back—literally. His kindness shaped every part of his life and touched everyone who knew him.
Jed is survived by his daughter, Lena; his mother and her husband, Sherry and Brian Beasley; his father, Glen Easterling; his brother, Josh Easterling; and his sisters, Jayana Cross and Jarah Weber. He is also remembered with love by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at New Life church at the World Prayer Center, 11005 Voyager Pkwy Colorado Springs, Colorado on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 11:00 am with a reception immediately following.
