Julie Ann Richter, age 40, passed away on February 20, 2022. She was born December 23, 1981, in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Julie was a resident of Colorado Springs since 2006 and was formerly of St. Cloud, Minnesota.
Julie had an outstanding work ethic and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and baking; she was an amazing cook. She worked in residential restoration and as a homemaker. Julie is remembered as a thrill seeker, not afraid to do almost anything. Julie loved to be outdoors and spend time in the mountains.
Julie is survived by her seven children: Morganne, Titus, Malachi, Miriam, Tyler, Mylee, and Colton; her brother: Wayne; her sister: Lisa; her parents: Steven Richter and Bonnie and Ray Reed; her grandmother: Gloria; and her loving companion, Todd Russell.
A visitation will be held at 1:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, Colorado.
