It is with heavy hearts that we announce Lancer Lee Huff, age 53, peacefully left us on November 25, 2023. A resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado for 40 years, Lancer served as a dedicated Target Systems Mechanic at Fort Carson, Colorado.
Born on February 21, 1970, in Illinois to Bob Huff and Connie Lee Brewer, Lancer found joy and companionship in the simple moments spent with his family.
Lance’s passion for football, fishing and the delightful moments with his grandchildren defined his vibrant life. A proud alum of William J Palmer High School, Lance cherished every moment spent in pursuit of knowledge and camaraderie.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, survived by his spouse, Juanita; children: Jacob, Emily, and Paige; bonus children: Cordell and Martin; and grandchildren: Audrey, Amelia, Connie and Charles Walker.
Lance will be deeply missed by many, his memory forever cherished.
A Memorial Service to honor Lance will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 3:00 PM. The service will take place at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910.
