Maxine Marie McKay was born in 1940 in Lewiston, Idaho and passed away July 16, 2023, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Maxine grew up in Lewiston, Idaho with her parents, Archie and Bonnie, her sister, Loretta, and brother, Robert.

She married the love of her life, Bobby H. McKay, on August 11, 1956. She and Bob traveled the world in the military for 21 years with their four children.

Maxine worked at Armed Forces Bank from 1979 to 1999. She started in New Accounts and retired as the Manager of the bank.

Maxine is survived by her loving husband, Bob; their four children: Kim, Karrie, Karla, Krag, and their spouses; her ten grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.

Maxine’s family was her greatest joy in life. She loved each member with all her heart.  Everyone who knew Maxine loved her. She will be deeply missed.

Memorial Services will be held 2:00PM, Monday, July 31, 2023, at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910.
