Patsy Joyce Reeves, age 80, passed away on April 10, 2023.  She was a longtime resident of Colorado Springs. Pat was born in Tampa, Florida on August 27, 1942, to Horace and Thelma (Jones) Antrim.

Pat loved anything to do with crafts and was great at anything she tried her hand at. She was also a diehard Denver Broncos fan for as long as we can remember. Pat was an amazing cake decorator. She especially loved making beautiful wedding cakes.

Pat started her career at Loo Art Press (Current) in 1971. At that time she started working part time so she could spend summers and school holidays off with her kids. When it was time for her to go to work full time, she rapidly progressed in the business world. Everyone who worked under her said she was the best manager they ever had. Pat retired after 35 years with the company.

After retirement she became more involved with Holy Apostles and various ministries, Bible study and volunteer work.

Pat was an exceptional woman who would take in other kids who were having family problems. She would first make them call their parents to assure them they were safe. Pat would just sit and listen sometimes until well past midnight and give them loving advice and send them back home. We shared our home with anyone who needed a reprieve for a week, a month, or even a year. She was truly a selfless and loving soul.

Her faith and love for our savior Jesus stayed with her until the very end. We pray for the repose of her beautiful soul.

She is survived by her children: Michael C. Reeves, Kevin P. Reeves (Kellie), and Tammy L. Potts (Joseph); and her brother, Ross Antrim; as well as her seven grandchildren; and her sixteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Jerry Reeves, with whom she remained life-long friends; her parents; two brothers, Lee Antrim and Charles Antrim; and her sister, Gail Antrim.

A Rosary will be said for her at 10:30AM and a Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, April 17, 2023, at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 4925 North Carefree Circle, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80917. A luncheon will follow at 12:00PM in the parish hall. Inurnment will be held the same day, 2:00PM, at Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home in the Song of Mary Columbarium, 1730 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910.
