Phyllis Springer – June 19, 2026

Phyllis Springer (née Taylor), 74, was born March 22, 1952, in Andrews, Texas. She passed away on June 19, 2026, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Phyllis proudly served her country as a member of the United States Air Force and spent her career as a medical assistant. Faith was at the center of her life, and one of her greatest joys was leading her church small group, where she loved encouraging and guiding others in their walk with God. Those who knew her best remember a wonderful, caring woman who never slowed down—she loved hiking and traveling to different states to take in new scenery, and she was always ready to rally her big family together for the next adventure. Her dog, Aspen, was a faithful companion by her side through it all.

Phyllis is survived by her two older brothers, Robert Taylor and John Taylor; her daughter, Laura Webber; her son, Charles Springer; her 6 grandchildren; and her 6 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her dearest Leroy Springer; her sister, Wanda Arnold; and her parents, Maxine and Robert Taylor.
