Rebecca “Becky” Lee Moore was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts on August 1, 1971 to Patricia Jane Stockwell and Gary J. Yetz Sr. Becky spent most of her life in Colorado Springs, Colorado where she graduated from Sierra High school in 1989 and completed her Associates Degree from Pikes Peak Community College in Liberal Arts. She worked as an executive assistant for the City of Colorado Springs for 14 years, mainly in the Traffic Engineering department.

Becky is preceded in death by her brother, Gary J Yetz Jr.: her best friend/sister, Melanie Bailey: her brother-in-law, Tony Ray Moore Giles; and her grandparents.

She is survived by her husband of the home, Dennis E. Moore: her mother, Patricia Stockwell and her dad, Stephen Frye Sr. Her children, David M. Campbell, Darian D. Gray, and Jadden L. Fitzwater, all of Colorado. Her siblings, Nicholas Yetz of Massachusetts, and Stephen “Trip” (Sylvia) Frye of Arizona. From Oklahoma: Loise Wilson, Royice (Vanessa) Moore, Cherry Green, Nathaniel Moore, and Tanisha Conway. From New Mexico: Christine (Jeff) Wilcox. From Kansas: Kimberly (Alex) McCormick.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30AM, Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910.

  1. I se d my condolences to both sides of her family. Becky was a beautiful person inside and outside, she is my soul sister and friend for life. I met her in 9th grade and remained her friend and grew up together. We had our first born 2 weeks apart and our second born almost 3 weeks apart. I miss her and love her. She is now am angel shining on everyone she touched with her beautiful soul. Thank you Becky for being you and allowing me to share your teen and adult life with me.
