In Loving Memory of Zetta Y. Pemberton
Zetta Yvonne Pemberton, age 75, of Colorado Springs, CO, peacefully passed away on June 16, 2026. Born on November 7, 1950, to Anita and Virgil Townsend, she brought spunk and warmth into the world from the very beginning.
As a devoted and loving mother and grandmother, Zetta centered her life around those she cared for most. She was a gifted quilter who stitched love into every piece, creating cherished family heirlooms. She was also an avid gardener who could make anything bloom and a wonderful cook whose kitchen was always filled with delicious aromas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Terry Pemberton; and her two sisters, Barbara Eiferd and Bevilyn Parker.
Her legacy lives on through her surviving family: her daughter, Kimberly, and son-in-law, Jerry; her granddaughter, Sarah; her brother, Lynn Townsend; a large extended family; and a community of close friends who will miss her dearly.
